Bought the property through them and used them to rent out the property, and when we got the house back the remote for garage was lost, and they try to tell me it never came with a garage remote or keys... They don’t own up to their mistakes, when you try to find the management team, they are always busy, so busy that you don’t get any call back...

If you looking for a no fuss dedicated estate agent with over 20 years of local knowledge speak to Steve Oakley! I have had multiple dealings with steve involving buying renting and selling my family home and investments and always ended up with a favourable outcome! 5 Star mate keep up the great work!!

Unprofessional, unethical salespersons and property managers, poor customer service from the sales team, delayed response to emails and requests, poor marketing efforts, poor staff image (regularly seen smoking outside office whilst swearing during phone calls). Low quality agency all round.

Moved into property 3 months ago. The agent is Kylie and she advised that we do not need to stay in advance with rent. Therefore we only are paid up to date with rent. Always pay on time and all of the sudden receive letter saying we are behind with rent. Contacted Melissa twice on Tuesday with no call back then got hold of her email. She basically said i am lying on email as to what my agent Kylie advised us regards to paying rent. Called again after receing a very rude email from Melissa on Thursday and still waiting for a call back. Phoned to speak to Kylie and all of the sudden no one is available to speak to me. Very unprofessional company and lack customer service skills...if we we told correct info when signing the contract this would never have been a problem!
