Avoid like the plague! Dreadful communication - I'm still waiting for a response to a request for essential maintenance from 3 weeks ago. And I've requested an update twice - absolutely no response. They seems to think their one and only client is the EC, not the owners who actually pay their fees. Their web site has only recently been updated from the original one that looked like it was created at the dawn of the internet and still crashes. Basic documents can't be downloaded and financial information like like the rate of saving in admin and sinking funds and capital work targets aren't even published. Meeting minutes are published months out of date. I can't recommend this company. We've had far better service from other local strata managers.

Worst company i have ever had to deal with, unhelpful, rude, can’t manage, terrible communication style and poor attention to detail. They claim on their website that they pride themselves on getting the job done when they say they will, in the time they say they will, which is inacurate. Their receptionist erika has no people skills, im unsure why they allow her to interact with customers. I would’nt recommend this company at all, and suggest using someone else if you have a choice.
