The worst company that I/we have ever dealt with. The manger is absolutely incompetent in many areas, and lack of care is a major flaw. The basic task of paying bills and maintain all account and books, are not done in a timely manner, eg, Utility bills are not paid for a year; maintenance contract not signed in time, causing inconvenience for all residents and blame other associates for his mistakes. Never respond to emails, phone calls and the PA has no clues about her job either! More interested in politics and making money out of us, instead of making an effort to ensure all compliance is in place. I wonder if they understand the definition of ‘PROFESSIONAL’ as they claim on their website. You are warned! Don’t just read their website! You pay extra dollars, and get poor service!

rude strata managers who seem to always have excuses for everything. We signed up with a strata manager Mr Dewert who then disappeared after we signed the contract. Strata managers we had do not seem to know what they are doing. Need a lot more experience then they already have. No budget was ever set for months after we signed contract. When I called the principal and owner he tried to fix the problem but after that my number has been blocked from the office and they stopped responding to me. I hope senior managers didn't just get those position because they know the boss but because of their ability. Doesn't seem that way here.

As a property professional of 20 plus years. This company is incompetent, rude & have very poor record keeping. They operate two computer systems & access is only available to one. Their former name was Linders & they were equally as incompetent. Saying this Chris on reception is a lovely lady & always does her best to help out. Management are so rude. Look elsewhere such as StrataMark & other smaller companies.

the worst strata company in Australia. Really chaotic organisation, they are never available to help you or communicate. If u ask them for a repair it would take them 2 years and they never do it the right way. They can't explain where all the money goes and in meeting they try to push their own agenda. Simply they don't care about your property. Avoid them as much as u can
