Doug Armstrong has managed our Strata Scheme for many years and he has always proved to be experienced in all aspects of Strata. His guidance to the Strata Committee and owners during our defect period was spot on and we honestly believe it was his assistance and knowledge that contributed to our successful claim against the original builder for extensive building defects. A big thank you Doug for all you do and continue to do.

A few months ago we received a new manager, Andrew Gavin and what a relief it is to finally have him looking after us. In the few months he has been at Clisdells he has sorted out issues that had been pending but now we are working towards internal and external painting, carpet replacement and rendering work. Well done Andrew and thank you!

If you're looking for a strata management company for your property, DO NOT pick Clisdell's. The person we're assigned to provides little to no service - rarely returns calls or emails, and on the rare occasion we've managed to get through, is rude and promises to act on requests but doesn't follow through. Im so surprised for a company of this size who's core business is to provide a service, simply doesn't.

Our Strata in Miranda would like to recognise the efforts of Melissa Emmerick, PA to Lea Wycisk. Melissa is always polite and pleasant and willing to help whenever and wherever she can.

I have been on the committee for a few years and during this time I have always found my manager, Melinda Kohler, to be helpful, efficient and knowledgeable. I would recommend Melinda and Clisdells to anyone.
