Terrible management. If possible, don't use corporate management here because Kieran Sprinks doesn't answer the phone. Leave a message, don't call back. Emails sent have no response. The meeting was canceled for the second time without the reason. Since July 25, 2022 . I informed him I wants to renovate the bathroom and kitchen until now I can't do it because it needs approval from the meeting and Strata executives try to postpone the general meeting . Or maybe he wants for almost a thousand more dollars from me.
I was present when Lauren from STM chaired a strata AGM. I would like to commend her on her professional handling of a uniquely challenging group of stakeholders. She walked a sharp edge and did a great job.
Excessively high quarterly fees. Unjust admin fees for approvals. Patronising and dismissive communication. Plenty of better operators out there.
This company is terrible :/. Emails are not acknowledged, let alone acted on. This is despite promises that our third strata manager in as many years would be better than what we have had. There is no way in the world I would recommend this company to anyone.
AVOID AVOID AVOID. Kieran is hopeless at communication and following through with repairs. Wouldn’t let these guys run my dog house.
Horrible company! The reception does not know anything about the strata matters and not familiar with the property the company is managing. Strata managers never response the emails, never listen to the phone. Even not worth one star
Terrible with issues that arise. We have had not lift since 14th April 2022, elderly residents can't leave the building. How are people supposed to get these residents out in a medical emergency. Can you imagine an Ambulance trying to get a stretcher up and down the fire escape.
Having worked with STM for several years, I have always found the Sydney South Team to be excellent. Lynne the Branch Manager is always contactable, able to assist & leads a great Team. They are always able to deal with any issues that arise in a professional & friendly manager. Highly recommend!
Yellow color is my garage, someone always parked in red 1 red 2 spot are blocked the only way to my garage. This issue happens over one month not be solved! I am very disappointed they’re job. They’re not even put any notice on the side!
They are bullies who will not admit their mistakes. As a strata owner you don't stand a chance to have reasonable outcomes with them. Reckless in engaging services, they backcharge all costs to the owners Corp regarding disputes. Better off to engage medium size firms who have empathy towards the strata owners that feed them.
