MOSS was established in 1975 by founder Nicholas Moss. Nicholas had a vision to build a real estate agency with strong moral principles and family values.

The now next generation Director Tom Moss carries on that vision, dedicated to always putting our clients’ interests first.

MOSS has been selling and leasing real estate for over 40 years. An iconic Northcote name, our local knowledge and expertise spans the surrounding suburbs including Thornbury, Preston, Reservoir, Alphington and Fairfield.

Eleni Kalos is by far the best agent we have had, since renting our property with Moss Real Estate in 2012. She is a highly efficient professional. From the way she deals with tenants, responds to enquiries, solves problems, offers advice and organises everything that needs to be done, Eleni has been outstanding in managing our property.  
I am particularly impressed with Eleni’s approach in dealing with matters quickly and always in a calm and organised 
manner. 
Eleni goes above and beyond the call of duty to ensure a positive outcome at all times and I look forward to entrusting her with our property in years to come!

My dealings with Moss Estate Agents and Eleni Kalos have been fantastic. Eleni is super friendly and helpful, and is by far the best real estate agent I've dealt with in my renting history. She follows up on everything and really goes the extra mile to make sure things go smoothly. Would highly recommend Eleni and Moss Estate Agents.

I highly recommend Moss Real Estate agents. Our Property Manager Eleni Kalos has been amazing, she is not only one of the most friendly approachable agents i have met but also follows up on what she says she will, and swiftly. She really has made everything run smoothly and respectfully from start to finish she also was very communacative and patient and showed us 100% support through a uniquely difficult time. Do not hesitate in contacting this lovely lady and her team if looking for a property, you won't regret it!
