We recently leased out our investment property through Hudson Bond Rentals and Emily Smart is our managing agent. She was very thorough, good communication skills and has an excellent feel for the rental market in the area. She obtained a good price and the management fee is very fair. We have only good things to say about Emily , ask for her.

Hudson bond are very rude, nasty, lazy people. I moved into a new apartment almost a year ago and the air conditioner and smoke detector didn't work. They took many months to get them fixed. During the year more appliances kept breaking down. For a few days the television antenna wasn't working, the toilet stopped flushing, handles were coming off doors, when winter came the heating didn't work and then when it was summer again the air conditioner didn't work again. They never apologised at all. When I called the owner just before Christmas last year to tell him how unhappy I have been for the whole year and how bad I have been treated and about all the appliances that haven't worked he just said "it is not our fault" and he just spoke very rude to me and said a lot of smart arse comments. Overall I believe that Hudson Bond are a terrible company. They should be closed down.
