Being first home buyers, Darryl made the whole process an enjoyable one. He listened to what we were after, did so much research and presented us with our dreams and more. I first had the pleasure of meeting Darryl Simms from Latte Property 5 years and 3 months ago, when he helped my wife and I into our first home. He gracefully explained everything we needed to know and told us the questions we needed to be asking him, which we were eternally grateful for, because he made a difficult process extremely easy and extremely comfortable. All the questions that you need to know as a first home buyer or as an investor, Darryl has the answers and is in it to help you get into your first house and to start to build your wealth and your portfolio. Darryl made it so easy and we have recommended him to all our friends and family. In fact, we touched base with Darryl again recently regarding buying an investment property because we now have equity in our place thanks to his previous help and expertise. We're basically just terrified of auctions, because you don't know were it's going to go, as the few we went to were $100,000 or $200,000 above the advertised price. Also, being short on time and having a family, meant going to auctions and searching for houses every weekend wasn't really feasible. So buying Off the Plan was pretty much the best option for us and the stamp duty savings were pretty substantial. Darryl showed us a menu of pre-release properties that had not yet been released or advertised to the general public and this allowed us to get first pick of the bunch. With Darryl, we were also able to find out things that we didn't know and couldn't have found out on our own, which were all extremely helpful and cost saving. Our new property has already achieved outstanding capital growth in the short time since our purchase, so we are now on track to being able to use the equity gain to leverage into a second property soon. We have been busy introducing Latte Property to all of our friends and would highly recommend you check them out.

I have had the opportunity to manage several properties that investor clients have purchased from Latte Property. All the properties have been leased to excellent tenants in a short space of time, due to the excellent quality of finishes. This makes my job as a property manager so much more enjoyable, not to mention the great results it allows us to deliver our landlords. I have also found that there has been next to no follow up maintenance required on the properties once they have been settled.
