An outstanding agency. I'm also an estate agent specialising in a different field of property. I used ASL to sell my home and i also purchased through them and i must say i was extremely impressed with their service and commitment to getting me the result i wanted on the sale front. On the purchasing front they were again outstanding to deal with open and genuinely transparent - a trait not easily found in this industry.

BEWARE POTENTIAL TENANTS AND LANDLORDS!!!!!!!

I have rented with these people for a few years. Never was I late with my rent. Quarterly inspections were done and they were happy and impressed with how clean we left the house.

However, come the time when we have them the notice to vacate, they completely changed and became horrible. Then they tried to sting me for a $1500 bill for fixing "imaginary" items in the house that we left in great condition. 

These people are dishonest and corrupt. luckily we Have VCAT in Australia and they are facts driven and rational. 

Be very very careful and stay the far away from these horrible RE.

ASL Real Estate helped me sell my child care business, and also buy an investment property they used their expertise to achieve the highest amount, they were happy to answer all my questions and were just a phone call away. I would recommend ASL Real Estate to sell or buy your properties.

I had recently sold my property through ASL Real Estate. I was thoroughly impressed by Guido and his team.  They bent over backwards to help me out and were available to talk whenever I needed to.  I sold for the price we wanted so I could not be happier!
