Barry Plant Bundoora

I have just had my property rented out through Barry Pant Bundoora and am so happy with the service I initially received and continue to get from the property management team. After being disappointed with the service I had received from other Real Estate offices in the area I contacted Christian Robortella from the Barry Plant Bundoora office. He made me feel he had the confidence and knowledge to get the job done and he definitely did not disappoint. I can't thank the team enough and would not hesitate recommending them to anyone looking for a reliable and knowledgeable real estate office.

Agent Rina Ma was very enthusiastic and helpful. She knows about the real estate market and could give a good prediction of the auction price, so that I could prioritise my coming auctions. She is also very enthusiastic. She drove to my place two times (nearly 1.5 hr drive for a return trip) during negotiation to fix the contract. I really appreciate that. She also knows how to attract potential buyers using her good knowledge of the property she managed. I feel sorry I couldn’t seal a deal with her due to budget. Her boss David Moxon is also a very nice guy who values his customers. There was one time their accountant delayed my deposit refund for over a week. I emailed David Moxon just after Christmas and he attended and fixed the problem for me in a few hours. It was nice dealing with the team.

Very BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! Called the agent multiple times and even left a voice message. I didn't even get a call or text back. When a customer presents him/herself to you, for heaven's sake, SERVICE Them! -10/10 will not recommend.

David Moxon be aware of this bloke, do not trust . My mum nearly sold her house with him and he took advantage of a single 55 year old woman, he lied to her under quoted her house and then she sold with Ray white and made a $75,000 over her reserve. Be aware.

We had a great experience with Barry Plant Bundoora - Michael Egan sold our townhouse in Princeton Terrace and they were great to deal with. I valued their honesty and integrity and would highly recommend Michael and Belinda if you are thinking of selling in the Uni Hill area.
