Had been dealing with this real estate agency for the past 2 years. They are very unprofessional, rude, and apparently "dont work for the tenant". I do not recommend bothering with this agency as there are far better ones out there.

From the girls in property management, Samantha & Alex, to Mark in sales, Paul the auctioneer. The team at Stockdale & Leggo are fantastic. They ensured we set the bar high with the sale of our property in Bundoora. Would recommend them to anyone.

Mark Pipolo was a pleasure to deal with. Courteous and respectful, he was able to access literally dozens of people to inspect our property. The auction was a big success, with over 50 people in attendance, and 7 people bidding. Thanks to the professionalism of both Mark and auctioneer Paul Boffa the eventual sale price exceeded all expectations. I would not hesitate to recommend their services.

I've rented from Stockdale and Leggo for two years and while the staff are friendly and helpful, their management leaves much to be desired. Important paperwork such as the bond repayment forms or required lease alterations mysteriously vanished or were never followed up on, and attempts to rectify this were met with curt assurances that only we were at fault. I cannot recommend their service.
