I find my property manager to be utterly amazing. She is a neutral party for both us and the tenants. She is very prompt and is always available whenever i feel i need her. She is so kind and friendly and very easy to work with. I love this place and highly reccomend if you need a property manager or an agent

The agents always on the landlord's side especially when it comes to fixing things in the property.  We are also customers since we are the one giving money to them for rent but the services we expect didn't happen.  If you guys just don't want to do that then better concentrate on selling and buying houses.  You don't take good care of your customers.  You should as we are the source of your business.  If you don't have renters then you can't have business in renting.  So you guys should keep in mind that you are the middle man and you should always be the one to bridge the gap between landlord and tenants.  That's your job.  Not just always accepting money for rent.

I had an experience with this real estate with Nick Papathanasiou and he was the worst agent. Does not answer call, reply email, or texts. had to call the office to get to him. very rude and untrustworthy..putting a bad image to the company. 0 professionalism

If I can give a lower rating then 1 it will be -1000,
I have been living at a rental property in Mill Park for the past 4 years and have never had an issue with our agent; we pay our rent on time and keep the place clean. Ever since we got this new agent she has been rude, abrupt and never returns my call but instead she calls my husband and ignores my phone calls. When I finally got in touch with her to discuss an issue like not have power for 24hrs she just hang up on me.
If you still want us as tenets from now on you may want to change your attitude.

Easy to deal with, great communication and hard working agents. Marco was our agent and I'd highly recommend him to anyone selling their house. We had a great result at auction - better than we expected, due to Marco's hard work.
