Love Real Estate Epping doesn't even deserve 1 Star. Our property was poorly managed. When we moved in, the house was filthy and we had to fight to get it cleaned even slightly. Then when we moved out they tried to take bond of us for issues which were documented in our condition report even though we took the best care of the house possible. (We even paid with our own money to have the deck oiled and some of the door handles fixed so that we were happy with the property ourselves). Our bond money was then sent by cheque (even though we specified a bank account) to an address which we informed our manager was not going to be ours until a certain date. We were not made aware of this until I followed up as to why our bond hadn't hit out account for weeks. This caused us a lot of stress knowing that our bond cheque could have been thrown out or cashed in by the wrong person. Alyssa was our property manager, If I was you I would proceed with extreme caution. I will never ever even consider properties managed by Love Real Estate Epping again.

If you want to deal with disorganised and dishonest people go here. I did a few simple photography jobs for this mob and have been underpaid on purpose for months now. I can't imagine how their customers get treated.

Worst real estate ever never do maintenance i waited 3 years for a garage door that never got fixed, my mum still has a broken arm from loose pavers that the estate agent never told the land lord about. BEWEAR AND BE VERY VERY VERY CAREFULL
