We have recently rented property through them and they really helped us. To be precise it was Sabina Hoque, who helped us. She is not only super professional but also very helpful and friendly. It was like we have known each other for years. She and YPA in general is too good to deal with.

I was a landlord of a rental property which being managed by YPA Lalor. The tenants were late in payment and walked away. YPA lalor did not collect rents for 2 months and as a result I lost 2 month rental income, plus about $1,000 for rubbish removal at my property. But yet, Lalor YPA still charged me management fee for that 2 months and took absolutely no responsibility in my lost. A very bad customer services and real estate agent to deal with. Contact me if you want to more info and feedback. I have to give this comment out on public social media as it is not fare for the customers trusted them and give our properties for them to manage! Tim P/S: A Real Estate agent refused to open on Saturday and Landlord had to took half a day off from work to meet the property manager within business hour! Dear all landlords, would all of you, "landlord" want to be treated this way?

A destroyed house, a huge amount of stress, a $30,000 insurance claim and 7 months without rent... throw in a lack of communication and the director not giving one flying falcon about his customers horrifying situation. I would not recommend this agency to anyone ever.
