Worse people I've ever dealt with. Mario was rude and constantly lied about a property i was going to purchase. He told us the landlord's private business as well. Very very unprofessional. I also struggled to get my deposit back off them even though it was subject to finance. When i got a valuation done for the property the valuation came back 120,000 less than what they were making me pay. Appalling to say the least. Never ever again. 👎👎

Knock on door despite do not knock sticker, fill mail box with flyers despite no junk mail sign. This mob have no respect for those simple requests and laws, I wouldn't trust them with my home, be it to buy, rent or sell. Beware, it is often the little things that signal the large problems.

I purchased my first property with Jim Kapotis from Harcourts Rata & co Thomastown and it was fantastic to deal with him. I had been looking for a good property for more than a year and naturally it was getting frustrating at times. However Jim was always available for any help and much needed guidance. His knowledge of market and professionalism coupled with hard work is phenomenal. Going beyond his normal duties to help buyers/sellers, shows his passion and personal touch towards his business. More importantly, I could build a level of trust with Jim which made my decision making far easier in Melbourne's crazy real estate market. Thanks Jim for all your help. I would recommend Jim to any buyer or seller.
