This is the first time we have become landlords. We did not know what to expect. I was always stressed (I'm always a stress head) yet Janelle took the stress away. Explained the process from start to finish in a way that made it feel like a dream. Communication is a must for me and Janelle is fantastic at that. From a call to text and sometimes late in the evening when I thought of a question, I always got an answer. Would highly recommend Janelle.

I highly recommend Lakshmi of Harcourts, while searching for an investment property Lakshmi was very prompt in returning my calls and spending time assisting me with my search. I found her to be highly professional and it was a joy working with her.  I have no hesitation in commending her to any future clients.

Thanks Lakshmi (and Harcourts) for finding me the nice and decent first property. We are really overwhelmed by the support and guidance being rendered to us through this whole tedious and exhaustive process of first home buying in a reasonable area, esp. with the current cut throat scenario, where entering in this market was really next to impossible for us (as first home buyers). But thanks to Lakshmi for making it seamless and stress-free transition (after our first contact with her, as prior to her interaction we had a very limited know-how about this rigorous market). We will again seek her guidance in our future endeavours and highly recommend people to seek her advice before any decisions could be sought. Thanks :)

Highly recommend Janelle Zanetta of Harcourts Epping. I rent through this office and she is my contact person. Janelle is meticulous, efficient and gets the job done with little fuss or fanfare. Ive been renting for many years and Janelle would have to be the best agent Ive dealt with.  She is only ever an email or text away in case of emergencies and the job is done before you know it. If you were wanting to rent your property out then you cant go past Janelle..she looks after her properties extremely well.
