It was a very pleasant experience dealing with Daniel Leibowitz and Mark Walker. They were very helpful and always return my phone call. Daniel was enthusiastic and also didn't push bidders too hard during auctions. Mark Walker was very patient to me when I told him I want to delay final inspection a few days and when I was half hour late for the inspection due to traffic jam. Their team was also very helpful. The vendor's conveyancer was not very responsive when settlement date was approaching, which made my solicitor very anxious. So my solicitor suggested me contact the agents and find out what was going on. Daniel was on holiday that time but his assistant and Christie help me to contact the vendor's conveyancer and got the conveyancer's promise. Due to their effort, my solicitor received vendor's settlement statement the same night. In short. Darren Jones Greensborough is probably the most responsive and helpful agency in this area.

Rental Review. Very poor towards tennants. Allowed parts of the property to remain unsafe for months unactioned with very little and poor communication. No I'm not going to give the address that I'm referring to and no you don't have my name on your books because I have used an alias to protect my rental rating. I'm not an idiot. You provided poor service and poor professionalism, purely money focussed. You deserved less than one star but this in the minimum I could provide. I would advise anyone against using your business.
