We recently bought a house from Buckingham and Co and could not be happier. Sue walked us through everything and even took the time to give us a private inspection on such short notice! She's extremely quick and responsive, we made an offer to the vendor's asking price and we asked Sue how quickly we can make it happen and within hours we had the property. Very different from Nelson Alexander who are pretty sneaky when you make an offer, they go to other interested parties with your bid to try and push up the final price, not so with Buckingham and Co. Very professional.

I recently sold my house through Buckinghams and had a fantastic experience. I found all the team at Buckinghams to be professional and courteous at all times. We sold a house we had owned for 19 years so were emotional about the sale and wanted the best possible outcome. We were guided through the process by Stuart Buckingham, I found him extremely honest and realistic about what should expect. Our auction was a huge success and I thought that was a direct result of having Stuart in charge. I would recommend them and would use them again without any hesitation. 
I was also delighted to find out that fees charged were very competitive.

Thanks Buckingham for a great auction result. We were very happy with the support provided throughout the process by staff. The Buckingham stylist gave us great tips and guidance to present our property in the best light. The contacts provided for skip hire and garden cleanup were fantastic. We particularly appreciated the time-line of events provided to us; which gave us goals to achieve, kept us on track and moving forward to auction day. Stuart provided feedback throughout the process and always made himself available for required meetings and enquiries. We will miss being part of the Buckingham family and staff and have already recommended them to a friend.
