She should be striped of her realestate licence. I rung her in regards to buying a property that was once for sale but did not sell and had now been listed for rent. When I rung she didn’t return my calls until the 3rd time, then when the conversation start and I begun explaining that I liked the property she told me it had been let and was rude and hung up. Then called back and started the 2nd phone conversation with the vendor wants $1.345 million plus, despite it not being listed for that. She refused to take any offer I would of potentially made to the vendor which is illegal and then proceeded to tell me that she knew the amount of work that had to be done and it wouldn’t cost much at all. I have been in the construction industry for quite some time and when I told her that the only response she had was “oh”. That was the end of the conversation. 
 
She is rude and unprofessional and I’m unsure how and why her company is still up and running.

If the vendor is reading this potentially, she unfortunately lost you a sale by being rude and not helpful.

We rented through paula for 2 years in Doncaster. The landlords were very nice and would often come over to pick fruit or send their son to do maintenance. We would usually speak directly with them instead of paula. Eventually my partner and I wanted to move somewhere smaller and replace our selves on the lease with friends so our other 2 house mates could stay at the property. Paula had forgotten that she allowed a 4th person to move in about a year prior and claimed that we were subletting. She sent as an abusive email at 10pm saying she was coming over at 9am the next morning (less than 24 hours notice, illegal) and that she would evict us. She then sent a fake eviction notice (all evictions must first have a VCAT hearing) saying we had 1 week to move out. We then took the matter to VCAT our selves, where paula was rude to us and the magistrate and we were awarded as long as we wanted to move out and paula was not allowed to intervene. Also just befor the VCAT hearing we called the land lady who was unfortunately in hospital undergoing cancer treatment. She had no idea any if this was even happening. She must have called paula straight after our convocation because about 10 minutes after we spoke paula called and abused us saying we should have called the landlady whole she was sick. 
Paula bane is a terrible agent and a disgusting person. If you are thinking of renting through her, save your self the stress and go somewhere else.

Being a mixed race LGBT couple we found many realtors didn't give us a fair go. My partner is transgender Persian-African and myself Greek. Paule Bane was respectful and committed from the outset, she even invited us to her own home to sign the paperwork. Now that's not only an agent but a friend, thanks Paule!

Absolutely awful real estate agent, would avoid at all costs. Ignore Rip Thorn's 5 star review, on one hand they say they're in a LGBT couple, but their next review says to "ignore the reviews written by 'social justice warriors'". Wouldn't be surprised if Rip was Paule's son/daughter and is trying to bolster her review - seems toxic enough.

Paule Bane is a true LUNATIC posing as a Real Estate "Agent". I use the term "Agent" as loosely as possible, and for good reason. This CHARLATAN approved our application for a property then asked us to come sign the lease AT HER RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS. Obviously we felt strange about this but decided to go ahead anyway. 

Due to traffic and our GPS leading us to a dead end, we were not able to find her place.... so running 15 minutes late we called her and asked if it's possible to just print and sign the lease and email it to her. Paule was rude and abusive toward my partner and unsympathetic towards helping us with directions. We continued on and still having no luck, we called her again. This time she told us that she was cancelling our application (which was approved by her, in writing). 

Oh yeah, she also gave us the wrong address for her residence. So go figure why we couldn't find it. 

Under all circumstances we urge ANYONE dealing with Paule Bane, landlords and prospective tenants: STOP NOW. 

In light of what has transpired, we're obviously glad we didn't sign any lease. We can only imagine the HELL this nasty old creature would have instilled upon us had we been liable as tenants.

So, good luck with your business Paule, in light of your most accurate and scathing review history as a real estate "Agent".
