We have been renting properties from Fletchers for the past 3 years and we are very happy with the service we receive . We have had our fair share of problems with some of the houses, however these have always been dealt with quickly between the landlord and the property manager. Even when we were looking for a new place to move to, Fletchers supported us and provided great assistance to finding us a new rental which matched our changing circumstances. I have dealt with many real estate agents in the past and they don't seem to care once you sign the paperwork. We will continue to deal with Fletchers (especially Nicole) because of the service that is provided.

After 15 years managing our 2 investing properties we can recommend Fletcher Real Estate, Eltham to look after your property. The managing staff inspected every 6 month, we inspected every year. Reports and photos were sent after inspections and any maintenance needed was discussed between us all and attended to as soon as possible.
