Convinced my parents to sell their house $50k under asking. 2 years later place sells for $200k over asking. Preying on the emotions of others. Poor form. No honesty here. Still, they sold the house. But find another agent to sell your property as the person who comes to win the bid to sell yoir house will just palm it off to someone else. That's not what people think they are getting. Something that happens a lot in this industry and I don't stand for it.
