Strongly recommend Tim Yu and Maggie Sun from Ray White Bundoora. I have interviewed more than 2 agents in the same area, Tim and Maggie are the most professional, honest and always thinking for us. My husband and I are very satisfied with their work and the sale result. We found their sales results are always higher than other agents on similar properties. We also put our investment properties in Mill Park and Bundoora with Ray White Bundoora, the rental management are the best I have ever seen, they are so responsible and always react at the first time. I will tell all my friends and families.

As a tenant I have rented homes with a few real estate agents and while I have always had good experiences with them my time with renting a house in Mill Park with Ray White Bundoora and in particular my property manager Joshua Caligiuri has been truly amazing. It had been an extremely stressful year in which the house was sold and the new owners bought it to move in to. During this time it was made so much more bearable by the wonderful sales team especially Mary Ali. Mary was such a delight and treated me more than just a tenant as did Joshua. Throughout this time Joshua Caligiuri always treated me with so much respect, always had my best interests at heart and had all the time in the world for me to answer all my questions no matter what time of day I contacted him. I would recommend Ray White Bundoora rentals (and sales) to everyone. My only regret is I could not find a new rental property in time through Ray White Bundoora. Thank you once again Joshua for being a truly fantastic property manager.

Our Property Manager Samantha Moxon is fabulous with her attention to detail and professionalism in managing our rental property.  She keeps in touch with everything communicating with us regularly, making sure our tenants are happy and always informative. Planned and timely inspections are never a last minute undertaking with accurate and documented expectations never having to worry about misunderstandings or rules that are applicable to our tenants and ourselves as owners.  Thanks Ray White Bundoora for having such a professional Property Manager in Samantha.

I have found Ray White Bundoora a pleasure to deal with. The initiation process was smooth and efficient and I am very satisfied with the high level of service I receive since sign up. I can not speak highly enough about Property Manager Kalina Donokova. Her work ethic is exemplary and coupled with her experience and her proactiveness, leads to a very happy customer. 
In a market difficult to find high performing  Property Managers, I am very lucky to have found Kalina. Thank you Ray White Bundoora and Kalina.
