Stayed at Morgan Suites in Aug 17 for a conference. It is close to the convention centre, with lots of cafes and shops around the area. My room was clean and tidy, room facility was well maintained, didn't have much to do with the staff, but they always seemed friendly. Although the view could have been a little better, as my balcony was just above a train line, it was not very noisy as I thought it would be. In general, I was extremely happy with the experience.

A large apartment but would not recommend anyone to stay. We were greeted by a senior staff member however found his customer service extremely lacking and did not let us know what floor our room was on or any infortmation about the room and the surrounding area. When I asked questions he simply asked me to read the sheet I was abruptly given.
Be aware there are a few rules if you are to stay - you will have to pay $4 for a clean towel as it is expected you wash your own, you must have washed all of your own dishes and cutlery before you leave or you will incur an extra cleaning fee and you must not leave any rubbish behind. As a result service of the apartment is non-existent and I doubt you will run into any cleaning staff during your stay or get hold of a friendly staff member who will assist you with any requests.
It is close to many cultual standouts in Brisbane but I would strongly recommend you explore other options where I am sure you will feel more comfortable.

Visited friends who were staying here. Room was functional, and clean. Bed was comfy and so was the couch. Bathroom was well laid out shower was a great size. The security here is good keys needed to get into the buildings and then into the lifts. Street parking is available there is a cost during the day and at different times you can't park on the street due to being a clearway but there is a paid carpark across the road as well.

A brief SMS from staff makes after-hours check-in smooth and pain free. Clean and comfortable, with handy fire escape stairs that you can walk down (but not up as doors are  locked - probably for security resons) instead of using the lift. Close enough to walk to the City, West End and Southbank.

Freindly welcome. Suite was clean and well provisioned. Room was dark without any character. Outlook over railway line. 5 minutes walk to restaurants. On site parking. Unlikely to return.
