Bed was most uncomfortable.nIf you rolled into middle you hit a wooden line..matress was lumpy uncomfortable.nNothing like the picture on Agoda.nLooked out into backyards not the skyline..very dissapointing.nCheckin..out a breeze.nParking on site great.nA bottle if water in fridge would have been nice as water in tap was so chlorinated.nGreat shower...

Got a free upgrade and parking awesome. Close to qpac suncorp and food places and public transport but no views, just graffited walls. However the rooms walls were marred by water stains from the air cons and hand marks. Also i would have expected complimentary bottles of water that is standard in most places i have stayed.

The check-in staff were friendly enough and were happy to answer our touristy questions. The location is fantastic, short 10-minute walk to the river, Coles, South Brisbane train station, and restaurants.nWe were given a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment in the Artisan building no. 18 on the second floor facing the pool. There were no natural sunlight. There was no view. In fact, there were only two sets of sliding glass doors: one in the 'master bedroom' and one in the living room. The master bedroom balcony was really just an extremely small courtyard with three walls and the roof was barred with wooden beams. The living room balcony looked into the outdoor pool area and was barred with metal bars. The air was damp and musky - you really need to have the aircon on to circulate the air. The kitchenette was provided with your basic cooking utensils, which we found were adequate for our needs.nThe pool was small but it's there. As for the gym, it had a treadmill and a stationary bike. That's it.nIn summary, the location was fantastic and for a relatively reasonablly priced accommodation it's decent for what it is.

We  stayed here last night 28th December 2025, I expect a full refund!,we  stayed in room 501.nAbsolutely  disgusting place the air conditioning system hasn't been cleaned for bloody months wonder why it was so bloody hot in the bedroom as well as the living area ,nPlaces like this don't care about people's health,just the money,and this is absolutely  disgusting nPhotos of the air conditioning system ,will be emailed directly to Morgan suites in Brisbane. And will be reported if nothing is done to address the issues.

One of the best apartment hotels I've stayed in Brisbane. Modern features, and high quality appliances. Spacious and roomy.nnEmployee Max at reception offered absolutely excellent customer service.nnHighly recommend.
