The 'BI' is a former motel trying to reinvent itself. They are doing a good job, but the rooms really need to brought into the 21st century. It is a good conference centre though. Worth enquiring.

Not impressed at all with this hotel! For starters, the walls are paper thin and you can HEAR EVERYTHING outside and in next door rooms. The mattress in my room was clearly a cheap one, and was nothing like the quality of mattress you get at a Marriott or Hilton (which is where I should have stayed). Also, this hotel charges for bottled water. Most self-respecting hotels offer at least 1 complimentary bottle to their guests--but not this one! There were dead cockroaches right outside my door, the bathroom door doesn't shut all the way, and the walls had cracks in them! Even the outside structure was literally crumbling, as you could see pieces of the walls coming off outside. Finally, as if things weren't bad enough, the water coming out of the shower smelled like sewage (likely due to excess sulfur in the water). Oh, and the breakfast is WAY OVERPRICED for what you're getting. Do yourself a favor and eat somewhere else! In short, a horrible experience. I clearly got duped by the nice photos on the website.

We stayed there for a night and really enjoyed it. Rooms are big enough, beds comfortable and the staff is was very friendly. Place worth its price. There is a small pool but good enough to relax a bit after the hot day.

Spacious room, very well presented. Great value for money.
