The check in was simple,.if you arrive after 6pm the door is locked but they sent a text with the routine. Room was small,.but only one night, when the bathroom door was closed there.was a vaccum room int he room so had to left door cracked to stop this. There was no way to dispose of lady products in the bathroom, car park was the reason the booked this place plenty of park close to showground. Was a fair price i would book again.
The vinyl floors and bright white walls felt more like a police holding facility.nThe desk did not have a chair with a back, but just a plastic stool.nThe bathroom was tiny. Could barely turn around in the shower.nThe toilet roll was so close to the toilet that you had to turn sideways to get paper.nnIt did not have to be this way. The property had enough space to do a better facility.
I don't normally leave reviews but feel I have to with this hotel. The room was basic bed comfy tv kettle and that's about it. The bathroom was small, couldn't fill kettle at sink had to use cup. If you didn't put towels on floor surrounding shower the water would run into room without the shower pressure being high. Spent two nights. Second day went to theater so was out all day didn't return until after 10pm. Our room hadn't been serviced. The wet towels which held back water still on floor. Because of the dampness our bath towels were also still damp. We left aircon on Because we were told the rooms are damp without it. We paid for breakfast. First morning only 3 bowls available, two in use I got 1 and my husband had to wait for dishwasher to finish. Another quest entered for breakfast and was told there's no more bowls. She asked if there was more ham and cheese told no. There was only two tubs of yoghurt, about half cup fruit salad 4 slices of bread 1 single serve jam, 1 single serve honey and half single serve vegemite there was also some cereal. The orange juice smelt like mouldy oranges. Day 2 breakfast no yogurt was told waiting for food deliver no ham, no cheese, 1 single serve jam half single serve honey, half single serve vegemite. I know you get what you pay for but at $12 each for breakfast and $119 per night for room how can we feel not ripped off.
Extremely stupid decision to stay in dis hotel. When u just enter the hotel , u start regretting. Extremely smelly and dirty carpeting all over the corridors . The room is so small dat u have to just sit on da bed. Extremely tiny washroom that U cannot use commode properly .wash basin is 1/8th of a normal size basin.nNot recommended at all.
Place was dirty mold on the dooner is 2 places conner of room had something discussing on it wasn't going to touch it the bathroom leaked into the main room and only one small bath mat to try containe the water from spreading window was broken walking up stairs the hand rails was drity and just not clean at all glad we was only staying one night I would have found somewhere else to stay if it was more than one night when we left we handed the room card to reception not friendly at all just took card and didn't ask us how our night stay was. The only good thing was it's location close to city and hospital for appointments
