The rooms are small but clean and all we really needed but the service is amazing the staff go out of there way to help and are very friendly. Weather it’s extra towels, more blankets or allowing us to use there toaster, the staff are incredibly accommodating and probably the nicest staff iv met anywhere. DEFINITELY would recommend this place to a friend.

Bed  is comfortable! Rooms and bathrooms small... No lifts had to walk 3 flights of stairs so recommend requesting a lower level room if stairs a issue for you especially if you are staying for hospital visit... For basic budget accommodation not too bad...

Very basic rooms. Light broken in bathroom. Rubbish under bed

Stayed for only one night. 
As soon as I walked through the front door, I was greeted by Paul. He is friendly and professional, I felt so looked after. He even took my suitcase up to my room while I was parking my car. I can't say how much I appreciated that as I have a cracked disc in my back, and probably would not have been able to carry it up to the third floor myself. The room was good, small and cosy, I didn't need anything more. The bed was fantastically comfortable. 
Thanks Ibis!!!! I will recommend this motel to everyone. It is clean, the staff are great and it is so affordable.  I will definitely stay here again.
