This hotel is in a prime location, with top restaurants nearby and a short stroll to the Valley. The heated swimming pool is a huge plus, especially for families with children. The property itself is older, but it is very well-kept, so it never felt outdated. The breakfast buffet was great, with plenty of variety, and the hot cooked options were particularly delicious. A great choice for those looking for comfort, convenience, and a family-friendly environment!
Rooms were very nice. Bathrooms were Spa like with amenities of plush towels, shampoos with herbal fragrances, toothbrush kits. Breakfast buffet was outstanding. Perhaps the best I have ever experienced. ATM walking Distance. Water Taxi walking distance and only .50 cents.
First time in Australia & what an experience. This hotel is located perfectly.nnBeautiful lobby area with a sold feel. Easy access to many different activities nearby.nnAmazing view of the harbor and such a lovely staff.nnWill be back to Brisbane soon.
Room was fine, if a little dated. Room service was $35 for two basic pieces of basic toast, half an avo, some tiny hash browns and two teabags - could have at least had loose leaf… extremely over priced
Lovely place to stay, everything is in pristine condition. Great location, nice and close to the river so you can go for a short stroll to a restaurant of your choosing and enjoy the scenery. All staff were friendly and happy to help with whatever they needed to. Would love to stay again in the future. The ONLY thing I could comment that needs improvement is the lighting. I would have preferred an option to make them brighter as I struggled to put my make up on in the bathroom
