Everything was beautiful and perfect! Amazing location walking distance to many restaurants along the river and Queen Street shopping mall. The staff were exceptional, the king room with bridge view was stunning, and the breakfast was fresh and delicious, my daughters really loved the fresh juice maker!   The entire place was in very clean and very good condition.  I really don't understand where the bad reviews in google are coming from?

Overall stay was not bad. Front concierge staff was friendly and even offer us coffee to wait at the restaurant as we still have some time for the rooms to be ready.nnJust one little comment:nI just felt bizarre that I had to pay $6 more for in room dining  I understand that it’s late  close to 10pm  but I had no other options to pick up food on my own except to top up $6 on top on the meal cost  not sure if this is the same for all hotels but do hope they can look into packaging up in the meal cost for dinner me menu to improve overall in room dining experience  reduce the call time and having to inform guests about paying $6 more

Very well located with several dinning options, staff is very nice, and helpful.nVery close to the river area with opportunity to walk, or bike. Lounge on the 26 floor with good views nice food and drinks plus very nice staff.nRooms are a bit old, but always with the Marriott comfort.

An absolutely wonderful stay from start to finish.  A warm, friendly welcome from Jemma on arrival with professional and engaging check-in.  It was my first time to the hotel and I was made to feel so welcome, with details on restaurant and gym times and location shared.nnMy room was fabulous and overlooked the beautiful Brisbane River and Story Bridge.  I was surprised at the size of the room, that it had a large long lounge chair PLUS both bath and shower.nnThe bed was super comfortable and I had such a great night's sleep - and the airconditioning kept me cool from the humid Brisbane weather.nnI met on duty manager, Alex, during my stay and he was professional and attentive.nnPerfect location to walk into the Queen St Mall, walk along the river or take buses/Uber/drive to any part of Brisbane.

I went to this hotel to attend a function in the ballroom. It is really beautiful, tall windows big round tables and very comfortable. The lobby has really comfortable seating and also quote private. I really like this place. Highly recommended....
