What a pleasure to find a lovely hotel like this in the city. Personality plus. Friendly helpful staff who can’t do enough for you. We were just thinking we are not coming back to Brisbane and then stumbled across this lovely place with atmosphere. Great job 😊👍

The concerige here is the best we have encountered thus far. They helped us make an important deal happen. They went above and beyond by shipping a large item internationally for us. Additionally, they made restaurant reservations for me and even helped me by providing lady staff members to help me try on outfits. I was blown away by the service here. The rooms are beautiful, the bathrooms are modern and have luxury products. The pool area is gorgeous, well maintained, and provides a wonderful city view. I could not say enough good things about this place!
