Sorry Annexe.nYour rooms smell damp drain smell.nYour pillows are cheap and nasty.nThe water pressure in the shower is a trickle.nThe air conditioner points directly at the bed with no other option for air flow.nThe parking is ok if you have a spare 15 min to get the car in a lift and down to a basement.nMy room was loud. outside traffic.nnPlease don’t come to me with a response telling me I should have informed you. Management know exactly the state of the hotel.nA good business should be informing its customers more accurately. 2 stars at best for my room.nnThe staff here have been polite and helpful. Thanks to them. Nothing to do with their service and cleaning. It’s the state of the building.
The first appeal of the apartments is not inviting.The rooms are comfortable, some maintenance is required in the room we had. Top marks to the receptionist at our check in for her response dealing with a stressed guest me.The car lift is very daunting. Overall a comfortable stay.
The rooms are horrible. The bathrooms smell like the pipes have never been cleaned fyi you’re meant to clean the exposed pipes in the shower to stop bio build up smells there’s mould in the corners of the shower, there’s ants and roaches get pest control done the air conditioning is in the worst spot and doesn’t do anything for the bedrooms. If you’re staying longer than a few days good luck there’s nothing to clean with besides a two day supply of cleaning goods and a broom. Garbage bags don’t fit the bin, noise is atrocious like the building has zero sound proofing between rooms and floors. Their disability access is broken and for the price just stay in the cbd save your money. Only good thing is the receptionist when arriving. That’s it.
We had to get someone to come up re clean the room before we even put our bags down.nCleaner come up with 1 rag and spray bottle and proceeded to wipe all areas with 1 cloth. Unhygienic and lack of training.nnCrumbs on the floor. In the fridge on benches.nFunky moldy smell throughout the whole place. Probably from the lack of cleaning. Elevator floor was even filthy.nJudy was rude. And charged extra $100 on top of $200 for cleaning fees that weren’t even linked to our mess, but actually too prior stayers and they tried blaming on us instead As I had taken photos of how filthy the room was I was able to prove stains weren’t mine. Took 3 weeks to get my money back.nIf you plan on staying here be careful and ready for money to be taken with no warning. Then wait 3 weeks for your own bond and refund of extra $100 to be even given back.nnAlso was then ignored by Simon who was meant too be the head of the circus
I had high hopes for this complex based on reviews. Unfortunately has not been a great experience thus far *for us.nI understand that units maybe individually owned, but this apartment is un satisfactory. Mould, dust and dirt present throughout the apartment.nnLocation is good. In saying that, you could stay 5star in city hotel room, and save $, then just spend it in ubers.nnAlso, Automatically charged a debit card fee $20.
