Very comfortable bed and generous size apartments. Good value and excellent location! Front desk staff were helpful and polite. Parking was very convenient. There was a fully functional kitchen and laundry inside the apartment we stayed in a 1 bedroom. Perfect for a night on the town, in a great spot for restaurants and nightlife. Carpet needs replacing as obviously aged and hallway to room smelt horrible, once inside fine. Overall a good 4 star hotel.

We stayed at Oaks Festival Tower. Firstly the room stank like mouldy, dirty socks. We had to leave the balcony door open to get doom fresh air through the unit..Secondly my wife forgot to remove some clothes hanging in the wardrobe when we checked out. We went back to the hotel to retrieve the clothes a couple of hours after checking out, but the clothes were missing. The only person to enter the room after we left were house cleaners. Management apparently tried to contact the cleaner that cleaned our room as they had already left for the day. Management also defended the cleaner saying it would be highly unlikely they would steal as they are very trustworthy! Well who else stole the clothes then!! Very unhelpful management and they really couldn’t care less about employing a thief... We are taking this up with the police and we will never stay at this hotel. Absolutely disgusted over the whole matter! My advice to anyone thinking about staying there is...look elsewhere. Disgusting on all levels

Great city location with an abundance of cafe's, restaurants and stores at your footsteps. Botanical gardens are a quick walk down the street. Many hire car places near by. Southbank within a sightseeing distance walk. Rooms are lovely with nice balcony views.

I've stayed here a few times over the last couple of years for work and it's decent value for money. Rooms are quite spacious and you get a kitchen if you prefer not to eat out, has a washing machine for laundry and the location is quite central and near lots of eating and drinking places. The building is a bit dated but it's still pretty comfortable and I can't really fault it.

Had a really good experience at Oaks Festivals. Service is fantastic and the room were very clean and big. I really enjoyed my time in Brisbane at this place and I would highly recommend it.
