To start with, we ordered coffee. My lady complained that it wasn't hot enough, and after a bit said that she wasn't going to be able to drink it. I gather that it was sitting in a pot over a heater for an excessive period of time. Me, I'm a bit less fussy about my coffee, and perhaps they don't sell that much? I do know that a fair number of places that we've been in recent times have specifically mentioned that they were brewing a fresh pot for us. Prices were somewhat higher than I expected, but prices are higher pretty much everywhere these days. There were a great many choices on the menu, and it took me a while to pick something. They were okay with that. I ordered a beef dish, and that turned out to be a bad idea, because the beef wasn't as tender as I had hoped. Next time I will choose something else. The rice and beans were good. Her quesadilla was okay, but instead of cutting up the chicken they shredded it, which neither one of us care for. It did taste pretty good, though.
Food and service were great. Our server was very prompt and attentive but not overbearing. Our food came out pretty quickly and was exactly as ordered. Portions are great and you will definitely have enough left for lunch the next day! We visited in December and just about every other song was a Spanish version of holiday classics like Jingle Bells and Rudolph, which I thought was a nice touch! Restaurant was clean and prices were very fair.
First timer . Came here for a meeting and business lunch .. Ate Tropical Fajitas .. chicken and shrimp in pineapple it was awesome ! Like any other authentic Mexican restaurant , we loved chips / guacamole .. quantity was also good . Margaritas were refreshing and good . Nice and quick service . Overall we loved the food and atmosphere ..
My absolute favorite place to eat in Chambersburg. I eat here multiple times a week, you can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Their authentic Mexican food is spectacular. The service is top notch thanks to the friendly staff that treat you like family every visit.Food: 5/5
Yummy, comida delicioso; el camarero muy bueno The service was excellent and very friendly... kept the chips and salsa filled .. Salsa was fantastic with just enough spice... Ordered the quesadillas, taquittos and enchiladas... All meals were temperature hot even til last bite... Atmosphere is fine, enjoy listening the music..
Always enjoy Montezuma's... from the bean dip and chips to my go-to chicken fajita burrito...I'm never disappointed. Staff is always friendly and attentive. Menu selections are always the prefect temperature... hot is hot and cold is yummy!
Very nice service and great food. Pretty crowded at times, would recommend calling ahead for dinner.
We were seated quickly during the lunch rush. Our server was polite and helpful with menu choices. The food came out quickly. It was nicely presented, hot and delicious! The portions were generous. Wonderful experience all the way around.

My husband and i went to dinner last night. Food rice and beans was not warm. Burrito my husband order was too salty and my tacos were as not good and not warm. We live at Michigan. This was the worst food we ever ate. Waiter not attentive. We kept asking them for stuff and drinks. We will never come back. When we use to live here we use love this restaurant. So I thought we will come here to eat after coming from New York. Bad service
