Great spot for a Friday night drink. The outside area is a funky and relaxed place to chill, have a cocktail and a nibble. Great mix of indoor outdoor eating areas, good music, and heaps of room to sit and relax. Had a few bites from the bar snack menu and the food was good. Would definetly go back!

Ordered a medium rare steak sandwich & it came out well done, the chef would have seen it was well done when it was cut in half. I sent it back & they were quick to replace it. We have been here now on a number of occasions & this was my first bad meal. I would like to see a change in the menu, as this menu has been in place since opening.

The hype for Garden Kitchen & Bar was so real that I bought into it. Definitely shouldn't have, one of the most abysmal dining experiences I've had! Booked a table for 6 people at 6.15pm on Friday evening, it was a family farewell dinner for me as I am heading back to LA for an unknown amount of time. Although we were easily seated and got our first round of drinks pretty quickly, that was where the service ended. It took almost 30 mins for a waiter to pay any attention to our table to take our order and when they did actually serve our food (forty five minutes after we ordered) half of it was missing! We ordered the breads and dip (they never turned up), we ordered three lots of the Pork Belly and they only brought out two and we had to ask for the third. The Poke Salad was tasty and fresh and I guess the other food was okay (oysters, lamb, Caesar salad) but we had been sitting around unattended for so long and so much food was missing from the order that we were incredibly underwhelmed by the entire experience. Terrible service and expensive bill. Don't bother.

Don't even bother, our experience was bad service, poor quality food including a $60, "400gm" steak that was thin and over cooked. All in all I wouldn't eat here again nor recommend it.

Nice setting. But what's the go with serving Wine out of a pipe like it's soda water? It was undrinkable.
