Shockingly poor service, and staff did not look interested at all. There was no effort from the wait staff to help find a seat, or to help find sugar that we required with our coffees. The waiter took their sweet time to deliver food, when the cafe wasn't even busy. The cafe is not customer focussed, while it charges premium prices for sub-standard food! Very poor service from a 5-star hotel cafe, and I felt disappointed because I would get better service from my local McDonald's cafe (no exaggeration)! I will never go back, and it’s far from the level of standards you would expect from a 5-star hotel. Sort it out asap Star!!!

Very slow service as it took a while for the drinks and food to arrive. Coffee was burnt, eggs were crumbly like powdered egg and smoked salmon was way too salty. Generally everything tasted bad except for the coconut smoothie I ordered.

Came here for dinner after a free movie. The $14.95 pork belly was fantastic. But the service was way too slow. We waited for more than 30 minutes for the meals to be served to our table.

For a newly furbished restaurant, the designers really didn't think it through. The ordering process creates a bottleneck as customers can only order via one counter. And you only get to look at the menu once you're there! I was waiting in line 15min on a mid week lunch, and it wasn't even busy. The front bar looks nice, but takes up seating space which I feel there is less compared to the previous Spinners. Food is on par average as you'd expect.

Taste was above average, pricing reasonable, location is right across the casino, I got the fried chicken it was huge, surprisingly the inside is not dry and is still cooked through tender and juicy, will want to see what the other dishes taste like, good selection from the menu.
