Enjoyed a relaxed Saturday lunch with friends. Not a cheap eat, but well worth it. Steak perfectly cooked. Mushrooms Risotto was the great. Bug and Prawns with Saffron Rice was delicious - ordered more bread to mop up the sauce. Our waitress seemed new, but her friendliness and enthusiasm made up for little concerns like a bit of a lack menu knowledge. Would go back.

This place gets 5 starts for so many reasons. Waiter and waitress staff were fantatic - prompt, efficient and very aware of customer needs. My meal wasn't great and they became aware of this (asked me directly) midway through our dining. They were not only apologetic but offered to replace my meal. The waitress was so professional and pleasant in dealing with and followung up on my complaint. I would hands down go back to eat here again (the other 2 people I was with loved their meals).

Great family friendly restaurant with fantastic service ! The food was cooked perfectly and the wait time was almost non existent. Unlike another restaurant near by that got too big for their boots, Koi staff are professional, welcoming and care about their customers. Will definitely be back to try more. Keep up the great work !

Date night with my husband on holidays, and I am so glad we chose Koi. So gorgeous and sophisticated - beautiful atmosphere and music - but also super friendly. All the staff were really nice and friendly and the food was actually exceptional. Special mention of the tempura oysters - DIVINE!! Really worthwhile for a great night out. Seems classy and genuine and not touristy.

I'm new to the area and one morning I decided to give Koi a try after seeing their breakfast special sign posted outside. After ordering said special and when I finished and got my bill, it was more than double what I expected. Turns out I got their "big breakfast" which was more than double the price of the special that I'm 100% sure I ordered. Seems like there was some miscommunication and the manager modified my bill to what I had originally expected when ordering. Phenomenal customer service that is not always easy to find. Will come again!
