The female cashier wearing a black jacket was completely useless. She didn't know how to smile and didn’t even call the order numbers. I waited a long time for my order, only to find it already on the counter when I checked. I ordered another meal for my child Happy Meal, and since my child was crying, I intended to ask for the toy at the cashier. But when I got to the counter, the order was already there. It’s so frustrating! Can you not speak or call out order numbers? You shouldn’t be hiring people like this at McDonald's. Additionally, other staff were gossiping even though the tables were full of trash and the bins were overflowing. I will never come back here.
I ordered big brekkie burger with extra beef sausage patty via drive thru.nWhen i received food i even told to the lady about missing sausage patty and returned her to add missing item.nShe brings back and told me this one comes with only 2 patties.nI was confused and drove home.nMost of the time happens when you add on.nYou end up with nothing extra.
Great example of how bad a maccas can be! Went in late evening of 06/07/2024. Dining area was a proper tip. We ordered 2x flat whites. They were prepared way too hot, and no sweetener option with the order or at the counter. Floor looked like it had not seen a mop since lunchtime with a slippery grime in place. The rest of the dining area looked like a warzone! Enter and eat at your own risk.
The two hot cake meals I ordered did not come with syrup so when I realised this I returned back to see if they included syrup they said they did and “have I checked the bottom of the bag” of course I had but after an interrogation I was rudely thrown two because “that was all I was entitled to”
I think they have leaned a little to far toward the high tech side which i noticed people were hardly making use of. I believe people still like that interpersonal experience that a computer screen can't give. Find that magical mix and you will have a hit.
