Zandar was fixing some of my issues with a lot of patience. He is genuinely efficient and very understanding. Even in a clearly stressful and fast-paced environment, he remained friendly, professional, and willing to help in the best possible way. That level of service is not very common at McDonald’s nowadays, and it really made a difference.
Do NOT go to this McDonald’s at all.nI wanted to share my frustrations with this McDonald’s location, as my experiences have been pretty disappointing.nI’ve been through the drive-thru four times, and each time my order has been wrong.nnTonight was the worst.nI opened the bag before driving off and found a hamburger that wasn’t wrapped, a roll of paper towel instead of the missing sauce, and cold food.nThe kid at the window didn’t even acknowledge me and just laughed at the paper towel.nnWhen the manager came over to ask what was wrong, she seemed just as indifferent. She handed back the bag with no apology at all.nnHonestly, this McDonald’s doesn’t deserve even one star.nThe customer service is lacking, and the care factor is just as low.nThe food was cold, the fries weren’t cooked properly, and everything was just off.nnI’ve tried to give this place a chance three times over the last seven months, but instead of getting better, it just keeps getting worse.
Pretty disappointing experience tonight. They were out of lids, out of sweet & sour sauce, and my Double Quarter Pounder came with no onions, no ketchup and one sad pickle. The nuggets were undercooked, the fries barely salted, and the store itself was dirty.nnThe drink machine was out of receipt paper, the Coke was watery, and the service was slow and pretty rude. Had to ask for a drink tray when I clearly had my hands full. For a busy Broadbeach location, you’d expect way better.nnWouldn’t return unless they seriously lift their standards.
Cold chips, rude staff, missing food, bag ripped as soon as the young girl handed us the food then instantly told us to move, unacceptable and unprofessional. Also as a Muslim it’s absolutely shameful that bacon was added to my burger. Expect repercussions.
Every single time I get a cheeseburger it has no pickles onions or mustard etc… why??? Not normally one to complain but the staff are just absolutely useless
