Cold chips, rude staff, missing food, bag ripped as soon as the young girl handed us the food then instantly told us to move, unacceptable and unprofessional. Also as a Muslim it’s absolutely shameful that bacon was added to my burger. Expect repercussions.
Ordered McDonald’s at Broadbeach, and not only did they get our order wrong, but the young girl at the drive-thru got mad at us and gestured for us to keep driving while we were just trying to check if everything was correct. This is exactly why we wanted to check in the first place—the chips were cold, and the burger buns weren’t even steamed.
I'm not going to lie but I had the best cheeseburger in my life also what my hubby said. It was just soooo fresh... Not heavy or oily. Great job! The service was efficient and fast.
I ordered big brekkie burger with extra beef sausage patty via drive thru.nWhen i received food i even told to the lady about missing sausage patty and returned her to add missing item.nShe brings back and told me this one comes with only 2 patties.nI was confused and drove home.nMost of the time happens when you add on.nYou end up with nothing extra.
Great experience at McDonald’s Broadbeach! The food was fresh, hot, and exactly what you’d expect from Macca’s. The service was fast and friendly, even during busy times. The restaurant was clean, and the location is super convenient. Perfect spot for a quick bite near the beach. Will definitely be back!
