Cold chips, rude staff, missing food, bag ripped as soon as the young girl handed us the food then instantly told us to move, unacceptable and unprofessional. Also as a Muslim it’s absolutely shameful that bacon was added to my burger. Expect repercussions.
It’s honestly the worst maccas on the coast that is the amount of chips my daughter received in her happy meal. I only order a happy meal there was no visible line and it took them 10 minutes to bring it out I have order from there multiple times and everytime they have messed up the order and the workers do not care, I don’t even recommend going here even for a coffee there soft serve and frappe machine is always broken they are ridiculous
Every single time I get a cheeseburger it has no pickles onions or mustard etc… why??? Not normally one to complain but the staff are just absolutely useless
Very busy. Always packed. Food is fresh however the whole place is dirty. They almost need someone cleaning all day everyday. Toilets were terrible
Ordered McDonald’s at Broadbeach, and not only did they get our order wrong, but the young girl at the drive-thru got mad at us and gestured for us to keep driving while we were just trying to check if everything was correct. This is exactly why we wanted to check in the first place—the chips were cold, and the burger buns weren’t even steamed.
