Macca,s came to the rescue again.....staff very understanding... Crazy maze had rustynails embedded in the ground...food predictably okay!!!!just noe..and three weeks ago...fills a niche..for hungry people...there's milk... Of cashiers..to all the..lots of cashiers...I am a quarterpounder woman .two all beef patties,special sauce lettuce cheese,pickles,onuins on a sesame seed..my mate a bigmacfan..from sally.. They all died just for an old hiikers sexualpleasure..what a waste!!!staysafe...

I love this Mcdonalds store in broadbeach. The burger was fresh and my chips were hot. Yay!!

Really clean and well organised place. The staff from the night shift is super attentive and fast. Highly recommend it for a quick bite.

Horrendous! Chose to use the dine-in facilities for a quick bite on a Sunday afternoon, the place was a total mess, went to use the touch screen self serve, the first one was unusable due to the grease and grime all over the touch screen, the second not much better. Then went to sit down and had to clear our own table, there were only 5 tables in use at the time however the rest had food scraps and rubbish covering them along with a huge amount of rubbish on the floors. I begun to regret choosing to dine in at this point, the place had a generally dirty feel to it. Our food arrived and the burgers looked to have been assembled by a toddler, and seemed very wet/oily. Mid meal a young girl came out from behind the counter and started cleaning up and emptying the bins, I thought great! She finished the cleaning and bins and I watched her go directly from emptying a dining area bin to the coffee machine and continue serving food and making coffees, NO gloves had been used to clean the dining and bins AND she DID NOT WASH HER HANDS, just straight back to the food. I felt Ill thinking geez what's happening out the back that I can't see... It quieted down again and the same young girl came out this time with a dust pan and broom and begun sweeping the floors, great i again thought... it only got worse... She then begun sweeping the table tops with the floor broom! Straight from sweeping food and rubbish from the floors to sweeping rubbish and salt of the tables. It took all my will to not get up and confront her about this disgusting practice, I watch in horror as she toddled back to he counter and started baging up food again without washing her hands. We then got up and walked out, never to return. Enter and eat at your own risk!
