Tried to cancel my policy: emailed twice and rang 3 times. The phone lines just ring out. Finally emailed to their Complaints Department who said they'd get the representative, Heather Simpson, to action my complaint. I received an email and another form to fill in, however, there is no acknowledgement they've received my details, I have NO customer complaint number, and STILL have not received my refund. I am sure making a claim would be likewise impossible. Terribly customer service, they don't answer phones, or respond to email. Have complained to AFCA- Marsh is just spinning my wheels. At least I know never to use them again now.
Hopeless customer service. Tried to contact the broker to cancel my insurance. Called few times but only ended up leaving voice msg to call back. But never got a reply. It’s been a month now and still waiting. Pathetic
SO DISAPPOINTED with the customer service. I have tried to sign up a new application online, however wasn't able to complete it - got a message saying that someone needs to contact me to finish the application. Waited 2 weeks and no one has contacted me. During this time I've email twice and received no response. Called up 3 time and kept being told that someone will have to call me back. NO ONE called me back. Why have a contact number if the people on the phone are of zero help? This type of service is terrible! I'm trying to sign up as a new customer. What would happen if I actually had to make a claim?
Tried to sign up through fitrec, they answered my call once. Never again after that. They didn’t even get to my application, I waited weeks. Don’t bother with them. I ended up going with someone else, more expensive but it was immediate.
I called so many times no one is picking up phone disconnect all time
This company is a joke, they re-sign premiums without consultation and try to push terms & conditions to do so that do not exist. steer well clear of this place..
Communication is very poor and hard to get returned by correct staff
