SO DISAPPOINTED with the customer service. I have tried to sign up a new application online, however wasn't able to complete it - got a message saying that someone needs to contact me to finish the application. Waited 2 weeks and no one has contacted me. During this time I've email twice and received no response. Called up 3 time and kept being told that someone will have to call me back. NO ONE called me back. Why have a contact number if the people on the phone are of zero help? This type of service is terrible! I'm trying to sign up as a new customer. What would happen if I actually had to make a claim?

I have left several messages & sent emails regarding renewal of my insurance policy. it has now lapsed due to no contact from them. I won't be using Marsh ever again & highly recommend you shop around. I was with this company for over 5 years & the customer service is non-existent. Looks like they don't need our business.

Contacted them for Business Insurance 2015. Got some paperwork emailed. Then....never heard back from them ever! Called back 12 months later,left a message. No one called back. I think there is a BIG problem here. Don't even bother.....

left message 5 days ago for a call back, did not get one. Called them again, got put on hold and they hung up on me.I have just talked to one of their consultants and he said he will get the person to call me back, lets see how long it will take.

I'm an Optus customer and have my phone insurance through Marsh. I damaged my pHone start of Nov 2016 and claimed straight away as my phone was replaced by apple store in 30 minutes. Then when didn't hear anything back from Marsh once all paperwork was lodged, I called them. They told me that they hadn't even received any paper work from me so had to do it all again. That was 25th Nov 2016. It is now 8th Mar 2017 and I'm presently sitting on hold on about my 7th call to ask them where my refund is?? Hang on they have just told me that someone will be in contact with me next week-another excuse. This is ridiculous! Optus doesn't care either. If I could give no stars I would but you have to put something
