They do not provide good service... even four of the consults were free there but no one was attending me. They just visit each other's cabins and do gossips...
I recommend all of you to dont visit there... go to another branch...

went here to make a claim once, talked to a couple of staff. one seemed incompetent, and another one was really unpleasant to speak to. after that horrible experience I only go to the one on Collins St

The worst service ever! I came to ask the life insurance and health insurance. I didn't know the differentiation between life insurance and health insurance and she treated me like a fool. Thank you I won't go again.
