Nasty tricks, tried to be nice for the first few months of the year and slowly get you some crappy independent assesment doctors that spent 10 mins and tried to rule you out from a permanent injury from work from treatments needed. If your work place are under them you are screwed. Just look for a better work place coz they are cheap cover for workers and if you do get injured they will find ways to stress all your doctors and therapies to fill lengthy reports to continue the therapies to get off from having the needed treatment. Get ready a good work injury lawyer and prepare yourself for court settlement ! Good luck!

Haven't received reimbursement for just 1 day waiting since 2 months always ask for coc sent it then demanding send other one its incorrect .send 10 times not satisfied yet bryce clayton was a good case office but i wouldn't recommend stay away from ramona worst ever enen thought wouldn't even bother to answering your phone.

I have to ring "multiple" times / get referred to different departments - on almost any inquiry re my claims. So frustrating & time wasting.
