STAY CLEAR OF THESE AMATEURS Absolutely appalling service. Extremely unprofessional. Lacking in the basic understanding of their industry Overconfident in their staggeringly weak knowledge and experience. Unwilling to provide the service their clients require. It's miraculous that these clowns are still in business. How is that possible? If I was this bad at my job, I would hang my head in shame and disgrace. These jokers are too dumb to know how bad they are (Perhaps a good example of the Dunning–Kruger effect) I will do everything possible to remove them as my body corporate manager.

Extremely unprofessional and irresponsible. Failed on correct record keepings of owner's information, on timely communication and remediation actions. Further falsified facts when clear evidences were provided to prove on their failures. Denied of all their mistakes. Even shirked responsibilities to developer's solicitor which made no error. No apologies through the whole process. Simply sit on their errors to earn profit from it. They also didn't respond to Consumers Affair Victoria when CAV tried to connect them to resolve a dispute. Urge no owners to give up on their rights! Do sort for legal opinions and justices. This company shouldn't be in business.

Need negative star ratings for this one. I did not realize an owners corp could be run this poorly. I will do all I can to get them removed as our body corp due to incompetence. Extremely poor communication. Having to deal with staff member after staff member none of whom seem to talk to each other or keep any form of records. How are they in business????

As an owner they are an absolute waste of time. Don't call you back and have to chase up. No knowledge about their own product. Also fail to notify tenants of important matters like theft from secure areas, that their staff leave open. Then expect the tenant to cover the loss. I will be petitioning to boot them out at the next agm.

Don't know what's with all the bad reviews because they're super efficient and get things done very quickly for us. Kudos to Eric and Dominic!
