The absolute worst experience of my life, intentionally filling out forms incorrect, intentionally pretending emails didn't arrive and not letting you know if you have handed anything in incorrect or if they are waiting on any further documents. If you have to deal with this horrible company seek legal advice before even starting, they WILL intentionally attempt to delay your claim, I suggest immediately issuing a complaint with WorkSafe and be prepared for a horrible experience, shame that you are fk'ing around injured workers!!! I have been waiting 4 months for this shitfight to be sorted out smfh

Case manager's overall commonsense, perception, decency of language, attention to details is appalling . Service delivery was terrible & horrendous. My previous two case managers clearly demonstrated that they  are working in the wrong industry, grateful to team leader called Adam, he was very knowledgeable .
