I never had a health fund prior to moving to Australia. Now my whole family is covered. I have been with HCF since 2012 and have received the best service, prompt in answering call/queries - great rebates on health cover especially dental, have had any medical issues dealt with very quickly and referred to some great specialists. HCF have great staff and service at their call centre & in their Melbourne Branch and prompt service/repayments. I really have nothing bad to say about HCF.

I've been in to the HCF office several times, each time I've had a short wait or no wait time at all to see a consultant. One employee (Claire?) was particularly helpful in guiding me through the changes to my daughter's policy and saving some money on the choice of health cover. I have personally been with HCF for three years now and have been very happy with the two free dental checks per year and the 2 pairs of glasses per year. These two items alone almost make my extras almost 'free'.

Dishonouring a 560 is appalling! Policy driven by a desire to make things as difficult as possible for clients to claim whilst simultaneously increasing their fees. Ancillary Benefits Management team needs to be replaced! Take advice from a health professional with 30 years of experience. "Avoid HCF if you are seriously considering equitable coverage"!
