Bupa is worthless. Don't go for this. If you will purchase this insurance, you will cry when you have to pay from your pocket. Bupa is like third party policy. Lit management

I would never recommend Bupa to any international student, or temporary resident. Horrible experience, horrible customer service. When claims are 3 months late they keep extending the business days for processing and keep lying to your face.

Had a really great experience dealing with Yang Yao. She was very patient and helpful.

I attended Collins Street Store and met Gill.  Gill from Collins Street Store is super friendly & helpful. She is very professional in providing me advice on different BUPA products and any related issues. I will recommend all my friends and family to seek assistance from Gill if we have any insurance or hospital cover queries.

the service is very slow.  three people and only one working when waiting we are more than 8 people.

I went here a few times and got very good service from very friendly staff until today. I visited to do the claim and asked about my cover. The staff member who served me was Dieu Ly Do, who wasn't professional at all. I feel like she didn't know about the company's products or even the way to talk with customers. She talked to me like she was yelling at me it's very rude. Or maybe she didn't want to serve me because I saw her talking with another customer about waiting a few minutes at that time, I was just with her, not even 5 mins and she kept looking at that customer. As a customer who does not have much knowledge about insurance, which is very detailed and has lots of conditions, I need time to ask the questions. But I gave up and walked away because of very bad service and no service mind at all. Sorry to give a very bad review, but I have never gotten service like this before. Very disappointed.
