Very incompetent - the representative Julia lacked expertise and knowledge (also very pretentious and incidious person), she visited for less than 5min and then made a false and incorrect reporting which resulted in me having to relodge my insurance claim - highly suggest you to specifically request your insurance to opt flr alternative claim management company than Crawford

Would give them -5 stars if possible. Absolutely the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with. Beyond incompetent is an understatement. Lost my claim had to resubmit quotes and practically do their job for them. Calls and emails ignored on a daily basis. Wouldn't hold your breath waiting for them to do anything.

Appalling. If I could give them zero I would!    I cannot even say it is poor service, because it is actually NO service as they do not not acknowledge emails, they do not return phone calls.
