I had pre booked the taxi At 7:30 pm for the pickup time of 9:30 because I wasn’t feeling well at work . I have been waiting for an hour for my taxi and it’s still not here . Very very unreliable. I wish we had Uber around here . At least there would be some option . Very disappointed
Latest fave driver is Lille. Extremely helpful, very friendly and good to have a chat with. Happy to hop in her cab anytime. Hope to see her again soon. My driver was Warren. Very polite and kind. Could not ask more of a taxi driver. Please forward my heartfelt thanks to Warren. My 2nd review.... not sure the driver, but there was no barrier between driver and me...not a complaint, in fact I was so happy it almost felt like life before COVID.
Picked me up from the address I gave them and dropped me off at my destination a couple of wrong turns but that was because there was like 9 ends of the street but apart from that great service
The drivers name was Guy, the dumbest taxi driver I've ever had. Didn't even know where to take me and was incapable of using google maps and wanted me to direct him. When I questioned him on his ability as a cab driver he got offended and ordered me out of the cab with my son in the middle of the night. Dead set useless !!
Wait times are good and most drivers friendly and drive safely.
Can take a while to arrive if you need one in school times and the drivers aren't as friendly or helpful as they used to be

This particular booking,the driver drove past the pick-up point ,turned around and went away. Had to call another cab. Normally very good though
A month ago we awoke to a flat car battery. Big thanks to Lismore taxi for their speedy response to our call to get my partner to work on time. Much appreciated.
