Seriously the worst taxi service I have ever dealt with. Only reason I used these hopeless flops was because they were the only ones offering a maxi taxi. It took 2 hours to get a taxi and we received absolutely no update on what was happening, we had to ring up “every now and then” to get an update on what was happening. Operator lady couldn’t even spell “Ruins” lol
Absolutely amazing taxi service when it's actually provided, the app is ridiculous to use and taxi drives never se to respond and can't even call the local office to talk to a human operator they really just need to do better
Great fast service. Nice people. Reasonable rates
We Waited an hour and a half, after three phone calls saying "there on there way" for a cab that never existed. There were no drivers on last night and we weren't informed, just booked and told they will be here soon. Not the first time, not the last. Useless service. I've also been taken from tuncurry to Forster, in the back of a cab that was covered in urine. Same company, again useless.
If i could give less than 1 star - I would. The most terrible experience i've ever had in a taxi. No air-con, no radio, driver didn't even crack a window. Quoted the trip & forced us to pay prior to take off - Arrived at destination & informed we had to pay more money because they'd quoted us incorrectly. We conversed & came to an agreement that the extra monies shouldn't be paid only to receive a call from the company 1 week later threatening police action if we didn't make payment of the extra money immediately. ABSOLUTE JOKE OF A COMPANY.
Hi, all I've just joined Forster tuncurry taxis I am enjoying this job and I have read through some of the reviews, there are some good and bad I would like to explain that we are always busy helping customers get to and from their locations please be patient as you all are valuable customers and sometimes the wait time can be up to 45 minutes in busy time. thank you all for listening and hope to see you out on the road , Robert...
Booked many times and there’s been either a no show or taken/hailed by someone else. Missed our restaurant booking today with family visiting town and super disappointed about that. The cab drivers and the bookers can’t even communicate, so if you miss your cab or something happens on their end - you need to book and wait again. Really looking forward to the day uber takes over the town.
Poor service by 1300 cabs but the drivers are great ...you book in ann your left standig there for hours or they just dont show
