I use port Macquarie taxis often in Port Macquarie and I have almost always had a positive experience with drivers and call centre operators being helpful and reliable so I will continue to use this friendly customer focused service to get where I need to go, knowing I can rely on this service to be there for me when needed I feel at ease when calling to make a booking.
Amazing service! Waited for an hour for the taxi driver to just drive off after just 15 seconds, leaving us to walk home in the pouring rain. Cheers for that!
The vast majority of Taxi drivers are very reliable and will go out of their way to serve their Customers. However there are a few who think nothing of leaving you standing.

I went to manning for business and had to get a cab from Port Macquarie airport. The flight attnedent booked the cab during the air travel, they were there, a very decent bloke drove me down, I had great conversations with the driver and he got me to my destination which was more than an hour drive. On return I called them and booked an early am taxi they charged my credit card in advance to return to the airport, they were at my door 15 minutes prior to the booking. They were reliable and easy to book. I'll use the service again if I go back.
Who said Uber will replace Taxis!? They have a long way to go compared to a personal, flexible and better service that Port Taxis provide.
