10 minutes late to arrive and not a friendly driver at all. Unfortunately, there is no Uber in town to challenge the Taxis.

Having used this Service at least twice a week for 4 years I can happily say that I have only ever had to wait longer than 10 minutes on ONE occasion! Every single time, all the drivers have been professional, reliable, punctual, courteous, helpful and kind!

Very bad service. Using the automated phone service only to wait for half an hour to have to call administration to be informed that the order was "lost". (Side note: another gentleman was having the exact same problem) A taxi turned up shortly after to drop someone off only to tell us he cannot pick us up as he has another job that is more important. All in all, very bad service. Management needs some training and drivers need some customer service training on how to be polite and task management. Would have been faster walking home. If I could have given no stars, I would have.

Pathetic service and extremely incompetent staff with no ability to adequately take bookings. I've almost missed three seperate flights due to either drivers not having the capacity to follow simple directions to pick-up locations, or incompetent dispatch officers unable to record simple clearly articulated directions to guide drivers. Five minute delays are acceptable, not twenty minutes when you've booked the night before. I was advised by the dispatch officer the first time I called (8mins after it was due) the driver was on the way and was 5kms away. The second follow-up call (12 minutes after the first call) the dispatch officer advised the driver can't find my address, and asked if I gave the correct address. No apology. No follow up call. Pathetic. Incompetent. Not even worth 1 star.
