Recently stayed at Tweed heads on Holiday. Went out for dinner and ordered a maxi taxi home. 30 minutes later, nothing. Called again. 15 minutes later..... still nothing. Booked two ubers and got picked up in minutes and actually got home cheaper. Bad service, bad phone manners and complete lies. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Still waiting for taxi out in hot sun been 40 minutes, all the food i bought is ruined, all 3 calls i have made to them have not been told thwre are any delays for pick ups at tweed city. Securuty just told me there are 2 taxis at rank on other side of ahopping centre. Time to switch to Uber. Still waiting 50 minutes now. Taxi arrives my job only broadcast 5 minutes ago what a joke

I only gave them one star because we did end up getting home. I do feel we should have been given a rather large discount for the near death experience we had. I did expect the taxi driver to know where to go in the local area and not be so ignorant.

Great service offering many new and reliable Cabs. Curtious Driver's who make there way through their work efficiently after bookings go into the Network. Many driver's also offering personal bookings for regular customers. I was surprised that the Maxis show up from my experiences from other transport companies. Great company offering a sustainable and safe service to an area many call home..... As for the Uber etc. baggers putting up reviews. Message is, FIND A CARPARK!
