A while ago I was picking up a friend, I pulled up on to the side of the road, I didn’t realise it was a taxi bay at first. But I stayed there as there was no where else to pull over and knew I wasn’t going to be there for long. A driver from this taxi service came flying in behind me so fast he nearly hit my car, he then proceeded to beep at me, flash his lights at me and move closer and closer towards my car. Instead of politely asking me to move he thought it would be a better idea to abuse me, if this is the type of training you are providing your employees with, you should be disgusted.

I would not give them even a single damn star if i could. Two Indian drivers, I TOLD the 1st driver go to Marine Mirage Heliport, he intentionally drove to Sea World Heliport, where way further from our hotel. Then, on our way back to hotel, we met the 2nd Indian Driver, at first, everything looks just fine, but the meter is not showing the $ like we saw before, then when we started chatting, I heard multiple consecutive meter's "bib" sound in just 5 sec. As the result,it cost $5 more than our first, longer, trip to the Heliport. If you ever have to ride with them, especially Indian Driver, make sure you video record the whole trip.

I wish they had 0 stars this company is a joke. I ring to rep book a cab for a friend and pay on the phone. Which they cant do. Then they say because its a pre booking at a business address also can't pre book. Go to the app and hung up on me. OMG don't you idiots get that customer service is key. SERVICE!!!

Discussing service was told it would be there shortly an an hour later still no show ended up catching a bus very pissed off !!
