The driver that picked me up to drive me home spent the entire trip talking to done woman in his language that I had to interrupt his conversation to let him know where to turn do I could get home. Totally unprofessional. Both taxi tides were so delayed. All UBERS I've caught 7Mins or LESS. No wonder they are better than wonder aee
The driver was lovely however the call centre operator was hopeless she didn't listen to the pick up address or the drop off, she seemed very confused with the process. It should be a simple task to book a cab, this particular occasion it was painful, I'm going back to Uber.
I I could you 0 I would.I booked a taxi to take my disabled father in law for his covid vaccine to the GP which took lots of effect with the Drs and nurses and your taxi firm turned up 40 minutes late. Your customer service answer was we are busy we will get too you when we can. You are a joke and unreliable
Shocking booked can for 5.50 got there 20 mins late. Booked the night before. Talked to operator said not much he can do, cabbie had no idea how to get there. Also told me that it was put down as sedan only so not everyone can see. This is not the first time, but will use Uber or didi from now on I though your way of defining the difference between you and ride share is service
Seriously shocked to see a Yellow Cab driver risk his own life and those of other motorists with his cavalier, negligent and aggressive driving. Today 5.15pm Taxi Rego T54414. Kingston Rd Kingston. He tail gated several vehicles and nearly side swiped others including my own, changing lanes with minimal clearance. He endangered people around on him on multiple ooccasions and it was as if he was being chased or was critically late for some crisis. I rang Yellow Cabs bookings and was given a number which went unanswered, I suspect because it was outside business hours. I will most certainly report this matter to the police. My guess I will not be the only individual to report this behaviour as a chorus of car horns blared at the drivers behaviour. Certainly not a good look Yellow Cabs especially since the ride share market is threatening your existence.
Shameful, dodgy, dishonest Taxi Base in all over the Brisbane. Even you and your dealing with drivers absolutely poor, rude,worst. However, your all cabs are in worst conditions, smelly as well. Disgusting you people charged from driver lot of money as a panelty. Never ever drive for Woodridge Yellow Cab Base in life. If I could rate with no star I would.
The system needs a big shake up. Its starting to get beyond a joke with some drivers. Cash or card sir .does it matter. Then all of a sudden oh I have another job and takes off. Dodgy dodgy drivers not all. A lot are doing cash jobs. Pity the poor owners of the cabs
Absolutely pathetic. My brother waited for almost 2 hours for his taxi. Called to book the taxi, then after a half hour called back to ask how far away, they say they have no booking for him but made another booking and said the taxi was only 5 minutes away. 15minutes pass a lady tthen takes his call and says again no booking in his name but makes another booking. Brother tells her His name is J A C O B. Half an hour later a taxi comes for another person, my brother asks the driver when his taxi will come, the driver says just wait for it. 10 minutes after he calls and is told that the taxi has been but couldn't find him. My brother then explains he's been there for more than an hour and that there was only 1 taxi but it was for someone else. He then is told yet ANOTHER taxi is being booked. Within 2 minutes the same taxi that said he wasn't there was the same greedy taxi that took the other person. He wanted the 2 customers. This whole situation is stupid almost 2 hours for a taxi, workers and greedy drivers who will make you wait for them instead of getting another taxi just so they can make that extra money. Pathetic.
I have often had bad experience with Yellow cabs 4 or 5 occasions of which the driver was being sleazy and had poor personal hygiene. 80% of the time, they didn't start the meter or did have a meter on but disregarded it and overcharged me the fare. I am done with them and not going back. I prefer Black and White.
20 mins late to pick up. So i missed my train. Then took a toll road unnecessarily despite me specifically saying not to, and questioning why we were going onto a toll it while being driven. Infuriated and disgusted. Well done. And then taxi companies wonder why more and more ppl choose uber.
